It's all about the money and nothing else. Sending a message to Reverb doesn't change a thing, despite it's violates their own listing guidelines. The condition of the equipment that's being sold is often overestimated. I probably will not buy any stuff on Reverb any more.
I haven't found a phone number to Reverbs customers service yet, and I think it may not exist. Also, I really don't like when companies make it almost impossible to reach them via phone. I'd recommend checking out their Vintage Verb, too that's my fave of them. I'm using Breeze from 2CAudio and really like it. The price is good on the FAS reverb plug though.
